Throughout her career, Jennifer has been passionate about strengthening the knowledge, confidence, and leadership capabilities of dispatchers and other public safety communications professionals. Jennifer's approach to training combines real-world operational experience with practical application. Her work in Traffic Incident Management has further strengthened her understanding of multi-agency coordination, incident communications, responder safety, transportation operations, and the importance of effective decision-making during rapidly evolving incidents.

Jennifer is also married to a seasoned paramedic, which provides plenty of opportunities for conversations about field operations and the connection between dispatch and responders.
