Often times dispatchers learn what they should or need to say on the radio, but not always how to say it. This course provides guiding principles on how to speak on the radio to ensure you are clear, concise, and convey confidence to the officers. Being able to be proficient on the radio is one way to help build trust between a dispatcher and an officer.

Founded in 2018, Impact Dispatch was created for dispatchers, by dispatchers with one clear purpose: to provide affordable, high-quality training and professional development for public safety communications professionals and agencies of every size.
