This bundle of courses provides introductory information over dispatching. You'll learn the basics of call taking and what questions should be asked in all calls, what information is important to document, and an overview of using the radio.
In order to keep the information to an amount that can be completed in only a couple sittings, this course is designed to be an overview of these aspects of dispatch versus an in-depth look. It provides a strong foundation on which to continue to build your dispatching skills.
